Terms and Conditions

All orders placed with Adara Designs, whether placed through this online store, or by any other means are subject to the
following terms and conditions. Please read the Terms and Conditions carefully before using this site. Access to and usage
of this site is provided subject to the acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Sales

* All prices quoted are in AU dollars.
* No goods will be despatched until full payment has been confirmed as received and cleared.
* In the unlikely event that an item is sold to another customer before your order is confirmed, a full refund will be given for the individual item, or for the entire order at your discretion. Alternatively, you may choose another item of the same value.

Payment

* Payment is by Direct Deposit. We also accept bank cheque or Money Order.
If depositing directly, please leave full name or some form of reference to purchase.

Delivery

* I use Australia Post to deliver your purchases to you and send all of my products by Registered Mail. There is a flat rate of
postage within Australia of $6. For our overseas customers, postage charges are dependent on the country of delivery and
vary between $15 and $17.

* I aim to despatch your purchases to you within 2-3 working days of receipt of payment. If for any reason I cannot supply your
order I will advise you within 2 working days of receipt of your order. If you would like your purchases despatched urgently please advise us by e-mail to rogers1970@optusnet.com.au at the time of your order.

Refunds/Returns

* Please choose carefully as we do not offer a refund simply because you have changed your mind.

* We believe that we accurately describe the products in our online store and that the photos of our individual pieces of
jewellery display the colour with a reasonable degree of accuracy. However, the colour that you see on your computer screen depends on a number of factors including the colour quality and settings of the computer screen that you are using.
Also, our stones and pearls may reflect different colours depending on the light.

* As I use natural stones and pearls in my jewellery you need to be aware that there may be some colour variations within
the stones and pearls and that some will have natural inclusion. Any inclusions are not flaws and in many cases these are
evidence that the stones and pearls are not man-made. I believe that inclusions enhance the natural beauty of my products.

* You should also be aware that all my jewellery is hand made and therefore you should expect variations that are inherent
in jewellery that is not mass produced. Again, I believe that such variations enhance the natural beauty of my jewellery.
As my jewellery is handmade there will be individual variations within similar pieces. If you would like to see a photograph of
the exact piece that you will be receiving I will be happy to e-mail a copy to you – simply send me an e-mail to rogers1970@optusnet.com.au requesting a photograph.

* If, when you receive your purchase, you believe that it is significantly different to that described in our online store or that
it is faulty, we ask that you advise us within 3 days of having received your purchase. You can contact me using the form under the “Contact” tab on this website or by email to rogers1970@optusnet.com.au . In these circumstances I will offer you an exchange or refund provided that you return the product to me with its original package within 5 days of notifying me.

* Please be aware that under no circumstances can earrings be returned unless faulty, due to hygiene regulations.

* This Website is available only for your personal use and Adara Designs has the right to change or discontinue any feature.
You must not copy, reproduce, republish, frame, post, upload, distribute, transmit or modify in any way all or any part of the
material contained on this Website without the prior written approval of Adara Designs.
